The ECS Season 7 Finals are upon us!

If you’ve already got your ticket, there are a few pieces of information you need to know before your arrival at the SSE Arena, Wembley…

WHERE TO WATCH

Thursday 6th and Friday 7th June are not open to ticket holders. All the action kicks off on Thursday 6th June at twitch.tv/faceittv, when the Group stage gets underway!

Doors then open to fans attending in London, on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of June. On Sunday 9th June, doors will open at 10:30am, with broadcast starting at 12pm. If you haven’t bought your ticket yet, head to ecs.faceit.com/tickets to secure your seat for the ECS Season 7 Finals!

COLLECTING YOUR WRISTBAND

Wristband collection is located at the front of the SSE Arena. There will be separate queues for Premium and GA wristband collection, with Premium located at the front of the SSE Arena, and GA located along the side of the SSE Arena on Lakeside Way.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

You don’t need to print your ticket as our entry system supports both digital and printed tickets.

TRAVELLING TO THE SSE ARENA, WEMBLEY

The closest station to The SSE Arena Wembley is Wembley Park, only a short walk away from the arena, with access to the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines into central London. Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium Overground stations are also easily accessible on foot. To plan your journey, visit the Transport for London Journey Planner, which will also inform you of possible disruptions or delays.

PARKING

If you are travelling to The SSE Arena, Wembley by car, there are a number of parking options to choose from in close proximity to the venue. We would recommend using the official parking provider, Wembley Park, but other third-party options are also available.

ID AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

This event is restricted to 16+ without an accompanying 18+ adult. You are required to bring ID to prove you are 16+ if you are travelling without an 18+ adult. If you are 18+ and are accompanying those younger than 16, you will also be asked to present a form of ID.

There will be no admittance to those under 16 without an 18+ accompanying adult.

SEATING

Seating is not allocated or numbered, just divided into Premium and General Allocation areas. SSE Arena staff will direct you to the Premium and General seating zones upon arrival according to your ticket.

CAN I BRING MY BAG?

Yes, you can bring a normal sized bag, but every bag brought into the arena will be subject to inspection. Nothing larger than a normal size rucksack will be permitted into the arena, and note that there is no onsite storage for bags or luggage.

FOOD

There is a selection of food stalls on site, where hot and cold food is available to purchase. Please note, no food or drink purchased from outside the venue will be permitted inside the arena.

DRINKS

A wide variety of drinks are available to purchase onsight, from soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. Alcohol will only be served to attendees over the age of 18, and all sales will be ID checked at the point of purchase.

No food or drink purchased from outside the venue will be permitted inside the arena.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring specific medication onto site, please inform us by contacting our team at ecs@csgoleague.com. This way, we can inform all relevant staff, and ensure you can safely bring all your necessary medication to The SSE Arena, Wembley.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

The SSE Arena, Wembley offers step-free access. If you require any extra assistance, speak to one of our onsite staff, or alternatively, email us on ecs@csgoleague.com for help planning your visit.

RE-ADMITTANCE

Once you have exchanged your ticket for a wristband, you are allowed to leave the building, but you’ll be subject to a full security check. There will be extra security in place at the venue, so we recommend you allow enough time for these measures, including bag checks, once you re-enter the venue. Please keep your wristband on at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking is permitted outside of the arena only, where there will be a signpost directing you to a dedicated smoking area.  

WHERE DO I COLLECT MY PREMIUM GIFT?

Premium ticket holders should head upstairs to the Premium item collection stand once you have exchanged your ticket for a wristband. Here, you can claim your exclusive Premium gift!

All signing sessions will be a maximum of 45 minutes and subject to change at teams discretion, with only the first 100 people in the queue guaranteed. First come, first served. There is no Premium signing session queue facility for this event.

COSPLAY AND COSTUMES

You will not be allowed entry to the venue with the following items:

  • Metal blades whether sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes, and knives.
  • Actual or imitation guns, rifles, or artillery.
  • Rubber, plastic or any imitation blades whether sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes, and knives.
  • Heavy bats, paddles or clubs including wooden or metal baseball bats.
  • Bokken – a type of hard wooden (or toughened plastic) training sword.
  • Explosives and incendiary devices.
  • Functional strung bows or crossbows, sharp arrows or bolts.
  • Gas canisters.
  • Protruding nails or other sharp items.
  • Laser pointers regardless of whether or not they are part of a costume or prop.
  • Any other items restricted or prohibited from being carried in public by the relevant country’s law.
  • There are no exceptions made to these rules for special licences, memberships, or training. If you have any queries regarding the display or transportation of a weapon or prop outside of the event, contact the relevant authority.
